ULAM Billing Team Now Offering Virtual Office Hours Assistance

Do you have questions about eRAM billing statements? Need billing support or instructions on shortcode transfers/moving charges?

 The Unit for Laboratory Animal Medicine (ULAM) billing team are now on hand and offering virtual (via Zoom), on-demand office hours for members of the U-M research community to drop in and get support for all their billing questions.

Billing team members are available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM using the Remote Office Hours Queue (or by pasting animalcare.umich.edu/virtual-billing-support into your web browser)   

About the Remote Office Hours Queue

The Remote Office Hours Queue uses the existing Zoom video conferencing platform to connect attendees with virtual meeting hosts (members of the ACU Program Team); therefore, no special software is needed.

Attendees will need to log in with their U-M Level-1 login credentials to access the Remote Office Hours Queue    and to view an individual team member’s queue/availability.

Where to Get Additional Assistance

Unable to attend the Billing Team’s virtual office hours? Same day billing support is available via email (ulam-billing@umich.edu) Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
