Individual team members are available using the U-M’s Remote Office Hours Queue yellow lock icon during the regularly scheduled days/times listed on the ACU Program’s Virtual Office Hours webpage.

About the Remote Office Hours Queue

The Remote Office Hours Queue uses the existing Zoom videoconferencing platform to connect attendees with virtual meeting hosts (members of the ACU Program Team); therefore, no special software is needed.

Attendees will need to log in with their U-M Level-1 login credentials to access the Remote Office Hours Queue and to view an individual team member’s queue/availability.

For detailed instructions on using the Remote Office Hours Queue, including how to set up SMS notifications to receive individual queue alerts, review the Remote Office Hours Queue – Attendee help document from ITS.
