All Thursday sessions will take place in Conference Room ACR1 located in Building 10 of the North Campus Research Complex (NCRC). Participants should enter through the Main Lobby located in NCRC Building 18.

+  Please Note: Optional Evening Study Sessions will be located in Conference Room ACR1 and/or Room G065, both located in Building 10 of the North Campus Research Complex. Room G065 is designated as an overflow space depending on session size.  

All Friday sessions will take place in Room 115 located in Building 18 of the North Campus Research Complex.

Continuing Education Credit

Approval for AAVSB RACE credit is pending. 10 maximum CE credits to any one veterinarian, and/or 0.00 Veterinary Technician CE Credits (0.00 max). This RACE approval is for the subject matter categories of: 

  • Category One: Scientific
  • Category Two: Non-Scientific-Clinical
  • Category Three: Non-Scientific-Practice Management/Professional Development
    using the delivery method of Seminar/Lecture

This approval is valid in jurisdictions which recognize AAVSB RACE; however, participants are responsible for ascertaining each board's CE requirements. RACE does not "accredit" or "endorse" or "certify" any program or person, nor does RACE approval validate the content of the program.

Parking passes may be purchased in advance or on-site at the rate of $10.00 per day. * Please inform Ms. Terry Fracala if you are interested in purchasing a pass.
