Monitoring Controlled Substances in Research Town Hall

April 17, 2019 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Research Auditorium, NCRC Building 10

Blue lightbulb icon showing escalation planThe U-M Office of Research (UMOR) Controlled Substances Monitoring Program will host two informational town halls in April for both registrants (individuals with an active State of Michigan license/DEA registration to use controlled substances in research) and their staff.

Topics of discussion include changes to the escalation plan and how registrants are 'ranked' based on how well they are meeting U-M, state, and federal policies and regulations.

Although attendance is NOT required, each session offers an opportunity to meet and connect with UMOR Controlled Substances Monitoring Program staff who are committed to providing U-M researchers with the resources and assistance necessary to conduct safe and responsible research using controlled substances.
