State of Michigan Annual Controlled Substance Inventory Due
The U-M Office of Research (UMOR) has received confirmation from the State of Michigan that the Annual Controlled Substance Inventory must now be completed by Tuesday, July 14, 2020. Completion of the inventory was previously delayed by Governor Whitmer’s ‘Stay Home/Stay Safe’ Executive Order, which has since expired.
All laboratories who use controlled substances (CS) in their research who have an active CS license on file with the State of Michigan must complete this inventory.
If you already completed your inventory between April 1, 2020, and the date this notice was first issued (June 24, 2020), you do NOT need to complete another inventory.
