AAALAC 2023 Site Visit Preparation Town Hall
Hosted by the Animal Care & Use Program Leadership Team, AAALAC Preparation Town Halls will focus on final Site Visit preparations, including:
- How to approach Site Visitor questions
- What to expect during the Site Visit
- A last-minute Q&A with representatives from the animal care team and other collaborating departments
One member from each laboratory should plan to attend either an AAALAC Preparation Town Hall or Spring 2023 ULAM Faculty Vet Check-In Meeting to learn more about the Site Visit timeline and expectations for participation. Archived meeting resources will also be made available for review at animalcare.umich.edu/aaalac-resources. 
Please note that valid U-M credentials are required for participation.
As a reminder, U-M’s next re-accreditation visit by AAALAC, International will take place beginning Tuesday, June 13 – Friday, June 16, 2023. During this time, you should anticipate a visit to all animal housing locations and many laboratories.
