James joined the Unit for Laboratory Animal Medicine (ULAM) in September 2024. He has worked in a variety of finance roles throughout the University of Michigan (U-M) for more than eight years, including positions with the U-M College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and the U-M College of Engineering.
As the Financial Manager for ULAM, James oversees various ULAM finance and procurement functions and uses his extensive financial knowledge and expertise to ensure that the needs of the U-M research community are met. He also provides leadership and oversight to assist in the achievement of ULAM’s strategic goals.
