Profile
In her role as Assistant Director – Research Compliance in the Animal Care & Use Office (ACUO), Noel supports the Animal Care & Use Program by assisting in the leadership and management of oversight programs for the protection of animals involved in research at the University of Michigan (U-M). She also works with the U-M research community on continuous programmatic improvements and methods to instill compliance confidence.
Noel previously served as a PI Advocate and Quality Assurance Specialist in the ACUO; instrumental experiences for her ongoing outreach and engagement with individuals needing additional support on various compliance processes.
