
The eResearch Animal Management (eRAM) system is scheduled to undergo an upgrade beginning on Friday, May 2, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM and lasting through 6:00 AM on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
During the upgrade period, the eRAM system will be offline. As such, Study Teams will be unable to:
- Submit animal orders
- Complete animal transfers
- Process protocol submissions and amendments
- Access protocol reviews and approvals
The system status can be checked at any time during the scheduled outage window by visiting the ITS Service Status webpage.
A detailed summary of new and modified system features will be shared on the eRAM Release Notes page. Updated eRAM Step-by-Step Guides will also be released as part of the system upgrade.
