
The Quality Assurance (QA) Team in the Animal Care & Use Office offers virtual, on-demand office hours for the U-M research community to drop-in (via Zoom) and get help on a variety of topics, including protocol management, regulatory and compliance-related issues, inspection preparation, planning for the upcoming AAALAC 2026 Site Visit, and more.
The QA Team’s Virtual Queue,
which can be accessed using valid U-M login credentials, is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
How to Connect:
- Visit www.officehours.it.umich.edu
or type animalcare.umich.edu/virtual-qa-hours into your web browser - Log in using your U-M login credentials
- Search “QA Team” and select the queue titled “Animal Care & Use Office – QA Team Office Hours”
- Click “Join Queue” to get in line for your appointment. **Note: The system will alert any available team member(s) to log in and start your private, one-on-one Zoom meeting
- Once the meeting host (i.e., QA team member) starts the meeting, the Remote Office Hours Queue webpage will update with the Zoom link for your specific meeting
