SVS Vision On-Campus Prescription Safety Glasses Program
The LSA Safety Committee and the Department of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) are hosting an on-campus event for members of the U-M research community to try on and order a pair of prescription safety glasses.
In order to participate, you must request and receive a voucher from EHS by 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, September 25. The voucher can be delivered via Campus Mail or can be collected at the event by adding "Event Pickup" in the comments section of the voucher form.
As a reminder, safety glasses are required PPE when working in a laboratory with hazardous materials.
Full-time researchers – including graduate students and laboratory directors – are eligible for FREE prescription safety glasses from EHS every two years with an up-to-date prescription.
